Director of Policy, Research & Advocacy
Provides strategic leadership across TC's policy development, community-based research, advocacy initiatives, participatory policymaking, and systems-change strategies. Works alongside the Co-Executive Directors and Programs & Community Engagement Director to translate community knowledge into actionable policy recommendations and institutional reforms.
